Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

That,  Fred, is a magnificent  set of inspirational work!!

Current events have brought the agricultural tractor some fame as a transport for captured military vehicles.

Way back when I was a conscript, the agricultural tractor, painted in camo colours, was usually the only mechanzied transport that we had in infantry. A 120mm mortar company had quite a lot of tractors. The one with the mortar crew had the little mortar trailer stuck behind the crew trailer.

ahh Zenrat industry's, " we are everywhere, for your convenience"
the things you learn, give your mind the wings to fly, and the chains to hold yourself steady
take off and nuke the site form orbit, nope, time for the real thing, CAM and gridfire, call special circumstances.

That would make quite a diorama!!

For some reason, I cannot find any photos of that combination. It was 1980s, so tractor fashion was a bit more angular. Some years later, during a refresher, I remember we were towing the mortars behind 6 x 6 trucks.

Driving into position, there would ideally be a prep team at the new position making sure there was good ground for the base plate and doing the stuff required for accurate aim. When the mortar arrived, one guy would run in front of the tractor, over the prepared position, and stop so that the crew could just  jump down  from the trailer and set up the mortar.

The one on the left looks a bit old. The one on the right is close, except we always had the trailer sides up.

... and there was that 120mm mortar on its small trailer behind the normal trailer.

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
