Monday 2nd August 2021

A second night of sleeping straight through without waking up.
I'll probably do some painting today on three of the build s and PSR  on the Westland Stork MR.1.
It seems to me that my sick pay will be paid monthly which is good news at least I get something as the Universal Credit allowance doesn't last long,  after all my bills have been paid.
I'm going to need a bigger pantry as I'm stockpiling cans of soup which will come in handy for the winter months.
Things to get; an iron and a pair of jeans,  possibly a watch and a few jumpers. I'll have to see.

Good grief, Wardukw!  I'm glad you survived!

Other than a way to host & post pics, is there anything you need?  Box of random bits, kits, odd things known only to whif-modelers?

Looking like a Bautek Pamir hang glider, the F-16DP was stealthy, featuring a fabric wing! It was first flown (and crashed at take-off) on 1976 April 1st:

I am not certain about the wing tip tanks, but cammo'ed F4Us always look interesting. And Africa has lots of potential, too. Well done, I like it.

Some whiffers like extended wings, but tip tanks are within my skill set. Inspired by the tip tanks of the Cavalier Mustang.

That MiG-19 was also released with a Bandai badge. I initially thought that this was re-boxing/copy of the rivet-laden Heller kit, because of the AA-1s, but it is a separate kit/mold, and it does not look that bad at all.

Specifically, the 'Isabel II' script.

This will save me trying (and failing!) to hand-paint it myself...  ;)

Can anyone help, please? Wiling to reimburse postage.

Thanks in advance

I thought it might have been.

John Adams produced that conversion to replace the oddly shaped nose on the old Airfix Canberra B6. They're pretty rare these days I guess, and I keep coming across mine while exploring The Loft, but I don't have a B6 to go with it.  ;D

Send it to a good home - me!  I'm surprised, aparently there are a few Canberra noses around out there.  I have just purchased a Heritage T.4 resin nose and apparently Aeroclub also did an injected version.

Anyway, there has been some substantial progress:

Wings, tail, undercarriage attached, undercoated.   PSR continues. :banghead:
