First of all allow me to apologise for the complete lack of piccy things. The reason is simple: In amongst all the moving of stuff from one room to another whilst the building work was going on, we seem to have misplaced the upload cable for the camera. I've taken photo's but as this is written, cannot get them off the camera. Hopefully we can fix this in the very near future !
OK onto the builds:
FROG 1:72 Hawker Hunter - DONE !, yep all built puttied and rubbed down. All it needs is painting, simple as that. As mentioned elsewhere dont bother asking me about the camo scheme, I'm simply not telling..... yet !
KP 1:72 Su25 - Fighting me ! managed to persuade the wings and tailplane to join the outer engine nacelles and fuselage respectively. painted the interior, and on Friday I can get it into the fuse halves... In fact on Friday I should be able to get all the basic construction finished. I wasn't certain about the users for the Su25, my What If idea crumbled, when I read that Nth. Korea already fly them.... :banghead:, however that doesn't really stop me doing a fictional camouflage scheme. My other thought was to make use of some of those fantastic 'Roundels of the World' decal sheets that came out a couple of years back.... Maybe Central America, Hmmmmm
Hopefully photo's soon. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

which frog hunter is it ian?
their F1 still makes me shudder..... engraved lines like fences, though i forget if the national markings were engraved too.
hope the building work goes well.

Doesn't matter what you paint it Ian, it will not hide the hideous shape of any FROG Hunter kit.
-
The Hunter F1 has raised panel lines and very oversized rivets! I've one somewhere that took an age to rescribe.
-
FGA9/Mk58 kit. Not great but at £2.00 a pop, who can refuse..... well obviously not me, I have four of the little monsters in the stash !

Hunter and Frogfoot - two excellent choices! Looking forward to any pics.

Your camera likely has a memory card which might fit directly into a slot in one of your laptops/PCs? That way, you could upload direct from the card (I never use a cable anymore).
-
^ Much faster that way, too, I think.

Dont know why I/we didn't think of that - just locked-into finding the cable. Managed to find our card-reader last night so will get pics up here over the weekend.

Here you go:

Hunter pics are self explanatory. Next, the 'troubled' Su25

I'm really not enjoying this whatsoever, but I will persevere.

Just spray the Hunter black. I saw a couple of FGA9s in black in 1991 at RAF Scampton. Relevant markings on on of the Xtradecal Hunter sheets.

Hey Lee
Not this time, man, got a really tasty scheme planned for this one (and the other one waving to me from the stash). Think of it more of a painting exercise than a true scale model.
So what you working on just now ??
