My largest build so far using the 1/72 Revell/Monogram  RB-36H and the wings from a B-52G. Cammett BAe Nimrod AEW..3 resin parts with the tail from the Revell Airbus A400M kit.
It's still in one piece which is amazing, I think I'm going to need more filler for this build.

The flight crew only realised after landing that there's no glazing in the fuselage windows.
1/72 Revell/Monogram RB-36H Peacemaker with the wings and engines from a Boeing B-52G,  Revell Airbus A400M T-tail and the Cammett BAe Nimrod AEW.3 conversion set.

I've had an idea to turn this into a  flying boat as the landing gear won't take the weight after all the filler I will have to use..

This looks pretty awesome! I like the combo of all the different parts. If not for the B-36 canopy it would be hard to tell what you started with. Carry on!

A radical change in direction has led to the temporary removal of the T-tail. The B-52G engines have been relocated above the wings and the outer fuel tanks are now the floats. Sanding has begun around the new wing section as the photos show the progress so far.

I kept the engines in line with the pylons

This is no longer a turbofan powered flying boat. I have  found parts of the 1/72 Trumpeter Tupolev Tu-95MS Bear-H ; landing gear and engines. So I will be attaching these to the build next week.

This is the latest incarnation of my ongoing build, against the Jetstream EC-10A for a size comparison.

My other builds are in the background

V-tails suit this build.

The main landing gear wheels are steerable.

Nice! Some interesting evolution in this project.
Paint could be interesting. NMF, hemp, barley grey or gunship grey?

A repair to the main landing gear and the removal of the rear tail wheels now means that the Peacehaven can stand on it's own landing gear. Joined by a few of it's friends.

The landing gear has been removed, I have found a suitable stand. It's an ongoing project.
