So Thomas inspired me to do my own Version of his MV-10, using essentially the same parts, but different engines, as I have never been a contraprop fan. This will be using Shipbucket's FD scale, and drawings done by a couple friends on that forum.

My next gunship will be turning a MV-22 Osprey into a Gunship, similar to a paper design I saw when I was a kid, when the MV-22 was being tested. There was a painting of MV-22's doing a drop, with heavy transport VTOLs and Gunship VTOLs in the same painting, suggesting the Tiltrotor VTOL was a sound idea. The Attack Tiltrotor VTOL in the painting was using the AH-1 cockpit, but this one will incorporate an AH-64 cockpit, and the body will be a condensed MV-22. to provide a smaller target profile.

While I would love to do this in plastic, I don't have the funds to pull it off or the kits, LOL!

Something like this, 1/72 Hobbycraft. I already started building this before the GB Gunship started.

Yes and no, yes to using the body of the MV-22, but its being "narrowed" to fit the AH style Profile

My take for an AV-22

Definitely inspired by, yeah, but isnt yours using an OA-10 body?

An A-10 fuselage, with my own 2-seat scratch build.

I should get on and finish it, but I'm having some medical issues with my hands. Once I get that sorted out I'll be back at the workbench.

Nope! it's all 1/72 scale parts except the spinners, they are the only 1/48 bits.

Sorry to hear that mate, hope it gets sorted soon
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
