Anything's possible in the custom car world, but the Stratos' legendary 'dartability' would go out the window as the wheelbase would have to be lengthened quite a bit.
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

That's the idea.  Different development route than the Beta that had all it's problems, stretch the Stratos instead.

There's another motivation too, I think the Stratos is great but I wonder if a stretch would improve its looks a tad, perfecting perfection.
