Not just Thames Water.  Atlantic County Utilities and Egg Harbor Township Municipal Authority have also reminded folks about not flushing even "flushable" wet wipes.

I remember Popular Mechanics magazine way back when having an article about building your own submarine using car batteries, an aircraft drop tank and a trolling motor. Looked a lot like this machine.

I think it would  suit a couple  of fishing rods, one either side  trolling lures. You can then watch the lures work underwater and  see the fish take them. You would  probably  need to surface  to pour yourself a brew from your  flask though.
