Some photos from the Glasgow show on Saturday.
First the SIG Stand.

Then Project Cancelled.

Some WhatIf's from other stands, and here you will find that some people can get just a little bit "aggressive" about people touching models on display, but then again this is Glasgow!

I did take a few more shots of RW subjects but my mobility issues makes getting around a wee bit difficult. So that is it from me this year.

Thank you for an interesting set of photos, Jim.

Nice job on the SIG stand

Who brought the 1/72 Blue Streak?

The Wooksta!

I think it's a 3d printed one.  Joe was waving it about at Perth.

Good pics Jim.  Thanks for sharing.

What's the red set up connected to the Stalwart on the front of Project Cancelled?

Some nice stuff there. Thanks Jim
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

I did not ask on the day, but it is some sort of tank (Centurion?) with a big trailer and the Stalwart appears to be refueling it.
Try asking TSRJoe as I believe he is the guilty party responsible person.

Its a Proposed Chieftain fire fighting Tank as the armour would protect operators from intense heat. Its in the Haynes Manual on the Chieftain.
The Armour was built by Luciano they guy who did the paintings.
Project Cancelled SIG Secretary, specialising in post war British RN warships, RN and RAF aircraft projects. Also USN and Russian warships

Thanks for that Thorvic.
I was not sure but I reckoned that Joe was a suitable person to point the finger at.

Good pics Jim. Cheers for taking them

This year was noteworthy for several reasons. Thankfully not including a repeat of last years table collapse. Lets just say most of the reasons revolve around the organisation, More like the total lack of organisation and communication from the hosts at the start of the day..............

They say no plan survives first contact. In this case the Hosts plan was all but non exsistant. Real seat of the pants flying. :banghead:

Geoff and I drove back on Monday, I had a chuckle as we passed a new Mercedes artic unit driving Solo (no trailer). sign writen on the back of the cab was "Recycled U Boat"

I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

Thanks for the info Thorvic.  Sounds like something International Rescue would operate.
