Yeah baby!

What timeframe do you see this fitting in?
Would it have been chasing MiGs over Korea for example?

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Thanks, glad you like it.

46-ish. End of WW2 if it had dragged on, as a counter to Ohka's, Kikka's and Shinden etc...

It could have served in Korea after, if I had put bombs and rocket's under it it would have looked more suited.

I found the gun barrels last night still on the 38's sprues but I think it looks good as it is with recessed barrels.

I used the following:

P-38 nose and wing centre section, outer wings swept back, drop tanks, canopy and top of fin.

Vultee Vengeance lower fin portion cut and re-arranged.

Grumman Panther lower fuselage and drop tank pylons.

Blackburn Skua elevator halves make the intakes.

A few bits of styrene sheet and filler.

It's looking like it will be a ok day so I will take it outside to take some more photo's from other angles soon.

Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.
