Has anybody had dealings with this store?

I came across their website at http://www.tahs.com/  and send a request about some of the stuff they have advertised there but haven't received a reply.  I was just wondering if its a live site anymore?

They're usually quite good, even for a Family Run business...

Their website says it was last updated only yesterday June 9th

.... but unless you're standing right in the shop their response does to be a bit leisurely. However their stock levels are awesome!

They are brilliant.....much rather give my money to them than Hannants....the woman who answers the phone is so friendly/helpful which is something I find lacking at H's.....

They are pretty much an old school outfit. Ive had a fair few dealings with them over the last 15-20 years. Never had an issue with them. Thou ive never needed to mail order off them.
I always hope for the best.
Unfortunately,
experience has taught me to expect the worst.

I'm surprised that I've had no response after nearly a week.   I'll leave it a bit longer before I try again.

Whilst they are on the net, a phone call to 01895 442123 will get you a much quicker response. Enormous stock and free mail order.

Mind you, I am biased - I have been shopping there for about 32 years.

Perhaps you could pop in and ask them to answer their emails?
