The venerable  Merlin tiltrotor (In keeping with Bird of Prey theme) was the primary carrier-based transport utilized by the Caprican Navy and Marine Corps up until 50 years prior to the fall of the twelve colonies and one of the last propeller-driven aircraft in military service. This particular ship represents one of the  Navy SpecOps gunships that participated in both the wildly unpopular war on Tauron  and Anti-terrorism operations on Gemenon.

Must, then, my projects bend to the iron yoke of a mechanical system? Is my soaring spirit to be chained down to the snail's pace of matter?

The heat that day was causing the left wing to droop. Also, the main body was from a Lindberg HH-3 and the rest was sheet plastic. The wing tanks were from an F-101 Voodoo, and the machine guns were from the Revell Huey hog.  Here's a photo of the  interior

Also, Cobra, what would that question be?

i often wondered if there had been Tilt Rotors other than on Earth! You Answered that Question with your Model! Dan

Will die without understanding this world.

Put different markings on it, and this would work in the Ghost in the Shell universe, too.
