The 'Anastasia' model is just amazing, somehow I HAVE to build one like that one day..........
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

...and I'm not a closeted 'Take That' fan, I'm a REAL fan! :)

If they'd have put twin observation bulges on the bow it would look even more like 'Anastasia'! I wonder if they know how much alike they built it?

BTW I've found my collection of Anastasia graphics and data. If anyone's interested I'll scan and post it here, with suitable copyright refs of course......

So, if they do make a movie of Dan Dare and they make models of 'the hardware', I bet it will be made by Fantastic Plastic and not Airfix!

Don't know about that: if any new Dan Dare retained it's very British feel, then Airfix might think it was right up their street.

Well, they revived Dr. Who.  Personally, I think its time they revived Dan Dare!   :thumbsup:
