Hi there,

I have made some pictures today from a build up F-35 from Revell (Panda?!).
I have given him some extra canards and extra weapon stations on the wing.
There was also a new ejectionseat placed from Airwaves.

The rest was straight from the box.

cheers Arnold

:o That is the coolest F-35 I have ever seen by far in any form. Nice thinking on the canards,  and the heavy weapons load out is great!

Too bad it only has one engine.  Don't know why if they designed this bird with air-to-ground in mind they didn't go with two.

Doesn't matter though, this model is friggin AWESOME!!!!!!!

With two engines the F-35B version can't hover.

I understand that version, but they is a standard CTOL version as well.  I know it would have driven up costs and made them design two separate aircraft and a whole mess of other assorted issues would have arisen but have a twin engine version would have well worth it.  I thought the USN swore off single engine birds a while back anyway.

Its all good though.  If you want to continue discussing the bird lets go to its specific thread/create one if need be.

Engine layout regardless, I still love this bird in IAF colors!

Nice work!  What kit did you source your wing mounted stores pylons from?

Thanxs guys for all the kind words.

Jeffry, the two inbord pylons are from a old Su 25 (monogram) and the two for the sidewinders are from a F-16 (Hasegawa). The bombs and rockets are from the weapons set from Hasegawa.
