title says it all, im going to clean up some metal

while im still a bit stuck with my roman empire SD.VII (decal designing), i decided to prepare some of the next projects, including for the 1WGB and this.

some time ago, an family friend of ours from the Netherlands, came over to visit us, had some coffee, and axchanged gifts. i got these 2 metal aircraft, a Lockheed Constelation and a Sud Caravelle, witch he moulded himself in aluminum.

now im gonna pollish and sand down these 2 beautiful planes, and fix them up in airliner livery. i havent repainted or worked with metal moulded aircraft before, the only thing i did was repair a broken tiptank from the constelation with a old F-15 underwing tank and lots of putty.

the Connie will be painted in Pan American Airlines Livery, i still need to find decals for the caravelle, im thinking Air Berlin  ;D

finishing time is still unknown, as this is likely to become a long term "in between builds" project

Mould himself in Aluminium?  Mmm, thats pretty difficult stuff to do at home.  They should polish up beautifully though.
