Thanks for all the suggestions so far, great stuff. Certainly a few of them are already shortlisted, and a few were completely new idea's worth considering.

British aircraft:
HS P.1216
BAe P.1233 SABA
BAe P.1239 Versatile SABA.  Another SABA concept that has recieved less attention, probably only because it's in the BSP Hypersonics book.
Fairey Ultra Light
Fairey Jet Gyrodyne
Fairey Delta II to replace the old Frog kit
Fairey Delta II (not III!) developments

Conversion sets:
Solid nose swing wing naval Lightning
Avro 684 Stratospheric Bomber
Hawker Tempest I
Hawker Fury with Napier Sabre
Hawker Fury with RR Griffon
BAe P.1226-1 FSW Harrier
Gnat F.1 (I know Olimp do a resin kit, but a conversion might be a cheaper option for all those Airfix kits in the stashes?)

To qoute Dunc, 'Foreign Muck'!:
MiG Ye-8
Boeing Skyfox
Scaled Composites ARES
Cheranovsky BICh-26

Outside the size requirements but have to ask:
Saro P.187
Fairey Rotodyne Z (production Rotodyne)!!!

Not a cancelled project but windswept & interesting to go along with some of your other real world releases:
Gloster Meteor T.7 1/2 Martin Baker ejection seat testbeds

Not a conversion as such, but how about the supersonic Gnat Mk.5?
Would be great, along with any Gnat developments, swing wing, Mk.2 etc.

Omega do the Ye-8 in resin already, while Airmodel do it as a vacform, however I would warmly agree with you on the other three

Didn't know about that one, hmmm, bit shocked at Omega's price though! :o

...or how about the prone pilot testbed as a conversion?

Oh yes, as long as it's 'and' rather than 'or'!  Good PDF article here describing all the MB Meteors for some background:

How about the:

Folland Fo.147 (either the tailed or tailless version)
Folland Gnat Mk.4
Folland Gnat Mk.5

From downunder:

CA23
CA31
(yes, I'm aware they've been done before but the models are as rare as rockinghorse poo-poo).

To complement the forthcoming EAP :-

BAE ACA Agile Combat Aircraft, earlier EAP design with the twin fins.
BAE P110 - ACA design with redesigned with side intakes rather than a chin so a bit ACA/Gripen.
BAE Replica - Stealth Demonstrator used to prove UK had the ability to do stealth for equal stake in JSF (sometimes referred to as EAP II - LOL).

One thing to remember with suggestions gang, the designs which went to mock up generally have more drawings available and thus easier for Colins master makers to source viable plans and figures to work from. The above 3 may be difficult as although they made it too mock up they would still fall under BAEs classified data restrictions.

Hi Colin,

I would be very much interested in a SABA, P.1214, P.1216 or Replica.

Another vote for advanced Gnat variants, particularly the Mk.2 which was a very realistic proposal that nearly got ordered.

Also, how about a P.1052 (swept-wing Seahawk) to go with the P.1081 already requested?

Different tack: how about other NR/A.39 proposals (Buccaneer competition)? The ones I particualrly like are the Shorts PD.13 and the Westland M.148, both of which just squeak in under the 25cm rule.

Speaking of Buccaneers, how about a conversion set or two for some of the unbuilt proposals, like the ones with afterburners, or even the stretched B.108?
