I need ones that will fit on the tail and wings of an F5E to make it look like the Mig28 from the top gun movie.

Heck Scott,

You just need to find the old Airfix F-5 kit in it's Top Gun issue which gave the markings for the film.
Then all you have to do is work out what to do with the rest of the kit.
