Seen the Turboprop Machete a while ago, real stunning looks. Wonder if they entered it (or the equally gorgeous turbofan version) for the USAF's COIN requirement? I'd rather have them than a Tucano or Beech T-6. Lots more weapons!

Kinda hard to enter something that doesn't exist.

Doesn't exist......yet! You could chuck a bucket load of money at someone to build it! Think I might try bashing one using an F/A-18B/D forward fuselage and MiG29 tail fins.

I thought it was pretty well established that Stavatti was a hoax.

Stavatti Aerospace Have a bounce around on that site for some cool looking stuff. They even have channel wings! Personally I think their ideas will never get off the ground, or even the drawing board, but it's nice to dream.  ;D

Oh, that's a definite - they do nothing then make pictures and pretend.

All hail the God of Frustration!!!

I really think someone should build a model of a Stavatti design, if only to post it on Secret Projects & step away quickly!
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.
