"CZ What if SIG"

Colleagues avoid me.
"CZ SIG What if" we have almost one year. During that time with us, there were many ideas. It is mostly about an alternative history. Some ideas come, some camouflage paint schemes, and others drafted stories. Everyone is constantly trying to build models.
Some of us have already presented their creations in the "What if GB"on ARCforum.

Question is, why does Czechoslavakia seem predisposed to whiffing (rather like Canada?)
