I'll certainly be ordering a couple of these. BTW, Colin...... any chance, if you haven't already done so, that you may release the Firestreaks as a separate item ?

I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

I've always thought a few British missiles would make some very good aftermarket accessories, Firestreak, Red Top, maybe even Fireflash.

You'd think that, but no, British stuff doesn't sell (or so the Suits say) so no missiles for us.

I'll gladly sell the misslies on thier own. A2Zee have managed to cast them without the sprueing on the fins on the production sets. Once Paul Lucas gets the Radar Redtops ready I'll offer these as well, hopefully both ready for Telford.

Are the missiles (incl all 8 fins) cast in one piece? Can't quite make it out in the photo.

Ian the Kiwi Herder

That would so welcome, Colin. Seriously it would open-up a world of What If possibilities. As primarily a 1:48 builder, these would be VERY well received in the bigger scale, but to be honest, I'll happily go with 1:72 fo the moment.

You can certainly put me down for eight Firestreaks right now. But a couple of weeks prior to Telford, can I ask you to post-up a reminder and price-list. Looking at this thread it seems I'm not the only one interested

Colin has lined up a weapons set for the P1154 which includes some of the cancelled weapons such as the Radar vesion of Red Top. Hopefully this set will be ready for SMW. but as a What-if weapons set its sort of a must buy for post war RAF whiffers

Missiles seem popular!
In answer to question, yes all missiles attached, and no pour points to trim other than a circular one on tail pipe and one about  5mm from missile tip.
I' ask Ali at A2Zee to knock out another mould!

Hi Colin

When I got home from Yate and had a good look at mine I couldn't believe how well the missiles had been cast (the rest is stunning as well), even more so that they are one piece

The whole package is an example to all as to how these things should be done
