Hobbycraft.
Gorgeous little model, can't fault it, goes together like a dream.
The transfer sheet is Fox One FOD 44-002 which gives this scheme plus a bit of back history.

Its one of those borderline Whifs, evidently a T.O. for the scheme was written and issued, however, there has never been any documentary proof produced to show that any B-58 was ever so painted.
