I've just seen this on Hannants:   http://www.hannants.co.uk:80/search/?FULL=TU07295

What type of armour has it got, I've not seen anything like this before.

Some sort of composite armour, I would think.

Wikipedia has a few images of Bradleys wearing something similar, so I would think it's fairly standard: http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Bradley_IFV
Some of my models can be found on my Flickr album >>>HERE<<<

Whilst I agree it's an early Bradley, it's not the Linebacker that I've seen.  The SAMs that the M6 carries are in a square pod, whilst that kit has the standard 2-round TOW unit.  It looks a bit like an M3 Cavalry variant as I believe they deleted the side ports but given the scale it could pass for a bog-standard M2 prior to Desert Storm but without the gunport weapons.

Aint that kit the original M2 Bradley pre Gulf War as designed for the Cold War ?

Yeppers, no additional armour or other Gulf War 'extras' to be seen.  M2 IFV or M3 CFV as in Infantry or Cavalry Fighting Vehicles.  Less dismounts and the lack of M231 Port Firing Weapons are the differences between the two.

Yep, its the early model Bradley, pre Gulf War version, I think it is the second variant but not exactly certain on that. But it is definitely not the M6 Linebacker. I have built several versions of the Bradley, including the Linebacker version, the other version Trumpy are releasing is the more upto date version. I just hope at the price they are asking for it that it is as good if not better than the Dragon offerings.

Thanks everyone, I've got a couple of Bradleys which I was going to work into one of my large transports (C-17 or C-5 not sure yet) and I thought this was a different variant I could add. But if it's an ealy version it won't fit into my plan.  Does anyone know if there's an up-to-date Triple A version of it in 1/72? or any Triple A in 1/72 for that matter.
