Ooo, that's gonna be interesting to do in 1/700. Maybe a really fine piece of PE brass for the probe, and I'm certain I have teeny bombs somewhere...

A fine model, Comrade Ramonov!

In want of hobby space!  The kitchen table is never stable.  Still managing to get some building done.

The carrier is about done and ready to sail; it just needs a shot of dull coat, since I always gloss coat before adding decals.
Skywave is releasing a new Soviet aircraft set, including MiG-23/27s, so I will be picking up a couple sets to replicate the full scale models in miniature on the carrier, so that our great socialist engineering triumph may sail the seas and strike terror into the hearts of the decadent western navies!  :D

He (Russians refer to warships in the male, usually) will also have an escort of a heavily modified ex-Tirpitz, details of which I am researching with the aid of our fellow modelers.

Excellent work Tovaritch! We will give those imperialistic lackeys a beating they'll never forget.

I have received a memo from the Vepr OKB this morning, in which it stated that the prototype Su-22MK is on it's way down the production line, and the MiG-26 design has been submitted to TsaGi for testing!

Nice Mig-23K there Comrade Raymond

I assume its Hu-89 for the upper surface, but what colour are the lower surfaces, as i'm thinking of doing a similar scheme on the aircraft i'm building.

Cheers
