Chaps, while sorting in my loft due to extensive plumbing work, I've discovered stuff that I'd forgotten I had or thought I'd sold.

All now to be kept, of course, and made.....

2 x 1/72nd Monogram F-82s
1 x Revell 1/72nd F-105D
Several....can't count how many, Italeri 1/72nd F4U5/7 Corsairs
ESCI 1/72nd C-130E

Dragon 1/35th V-2

Monogram B-58 Hustler
Monogram 1/48th B-17g....it'll be a KG200 machine and will be built for June 2009, a display by QSG at RAF Molesworth.
Monogram 1/48th B-24D Liberator
Monogram 1/48th B-25J (glassnosed) Mitchell x 2
Monogram 1/48th C-47

ESCI 1/48th FJ-2/3 Fury
ESCI 1/48th F-86E Sabre...as re-released by Italeri so I'll have plenty of decal options.

More further exploration to come.

without trying to be overly detail-retentive, does the FJ-2/-3 include the different noses, especially the intakes, for the two variants?  The FJ-3's J65 pulls in rather more air than the FJ-2's J47 and the intake needed to be enlarged to fit.  If the intake is the same as the F-86E, it's likely only accuarte as a FJ-2.

That's why I'm building it as an FJ-2 for which it's reasonably accurate.
I'll probably do it real if I can find suitable decals at a show, but not till next year.

The B-17G will be done after Christmas......

The Esci FJ-2/FJ-3kit has very little to offer in the form of excess parts.  It is pretty much the same as the F-86 kit with some extra pieces for the unique shaped fuel tanks and a set of plugs to insert under the canopy to raise the cockpit parts up ever so slightly to give it the appearance of an Fury instead of the Sabre kit that it started out as.  One of the disappointments that I found with the kit after trying to build it several years ago.  It did not hurt to have both of the Esci kits on hand like Terry does to make the comparison.

Terry,

I sure hope you have something special in plan for that 1/48th scale B-58 Hustler kit.  If you need suggestions for it, please let us know :)

Maybe marked up as a participant in the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight?

I suppose you are ruling out PRU Blue and Pink as well?

1. A couple of UPK-23 gunpods, swapped for a pair of Red Tops, with Mr. Pyromanic - Cheers!

2. From ebay, two JB Models Saladin Mk.2 armoured cars. Don't know what I want them for yet, I just know that I want them.....

BTW, the seller is an LHS who are flogging off more JB stuff at a knock-down price, and have lots of other interesting stuff, particularly for wargamers/armour fans:

How about a Swedish Viggen-inspired scheme?

THAT would be amazingly daft...
