On August 30th, Lavochkin  and KnAAPoOZQc rolled out the first  La-15K production representative aircraft .  Painting is expected to debut soon with a projected first flight in late September.

Comrades!  The West knows!  But don't let that dether our quest for supreme victory over the corrupt imperialist powers!  Their knowledge of our new fighter will make them wet their pants and maybe cripple their fancy fighters!

Za Rodina!

On another note, the first La-15K is almost ready for the paint shop.  As it is now, it's coated in a think black primer prior to receiving an anti-fouling heavy duty aluminium dope coat.  Work remains to be done on the wings and interior, but the first engine tests have already begun and all systems are checking in as go.  As I stepped down from the cockpit following that historic and glorious event, I received the traditionnal Ivan-kiss and the mandatory round of Vodka.  I include for you pictures of the plane as it is now, in its hangar.  Note that behind it is a captured Russian Liberation Army Ta-152H that will be used as a chase plane.

Long live the hammer and the sickle!
Za Stalina!

Sorry Comrades, here's the image with the Ta 152H.  On the previous one, note the wings awaiting further work.

The Ta 152 is, apparently, an X- plane?

Yeah, so do I. Especially when they're blond or brunettes..... :P

Comrade Lacombski,
It's gratifying to see your work area is as cluttered as mine is..... <_<  <_<

Supertom

Comrade Olivienev. a question about your factory: Those paint pots and cutters seem a rather bit too large.  How do your (patriotic) workers manage to use them?
"We can resolve this over tea and fisticuffs!!!"

Radish

Comrade SuperTomsky, how can you ask such a question??
The patriotic workers use such large tools easily by applying their proper Socialist Marxist-Leninist Bolshevik dialectic princilples and very long arms.
This is a very good construction, Comrade.
Up Castro!
Up the Revolution!!

Oh da!

They come by rail, and they have them wheels fitted to them.  We have a crane to move those around.  Sovietism equals gigantism!

Alvis

Is to be saying that there is nothing the Soviet worker cannot do! To give him giant tube of polystyrene putty of filling, all you do is ask him to do the job which is in front of him, and watch as he applies the strength and vigor of a happy, socialistic worker. Obstacles are but mere pimples upon the face of progress! Western decadent capitalistic slave owners of inefficient factories must procure from their Japanese and German lackies the tools which their enfeebled workers can use. So small, is to be an allegory of their manhood, no?
Much laughter, then return to glorious work!
