I explained the project in my free-book topic http://www.whatifmodelers.com/index.php/topic,4461.0.html :

With a Unicraft 1/72 R.R. Flying Test Bed and an Airfix 1/72 N.A. P-51B, I am going to build a Twin Funny Bed my way.

The Unicraft kit is a "conversion kit" without tailplanes nor wings, so I plan to have the P-51B's wings as biplane link between the fuselages, and the P-51B's tailplanes will become (monoplane) external micro-wings, the tails will have no horizontal stabilizers. This is to please a little further JMNs requiring a credible way ;D

As you can see: I had no room enough for a twin-plane... just for a wheeled twin-bed.
