I've never served in the Polish air force, so I couldn't say. However it's not usual practice in most air forces to roll your suit legs up like that, either.

MT-422 of HLeLv 31 had the teeth for a short time. They were removed before 06 March 1948.

It's Swiss, I've got a decal sheet with it on.  The sheet is for Swiss 109E's, with the sharkmouth 109G as a bonus.
