Help! Need Douglas Skyrocket cutaway illustrations
« on: January 27, 2018, 11:23:34 am »
I spent half an hour on the Google looking for internal details of the D-558-2, not a sausage. Nothing. Zip, zero, nada, diddly-squat. If anyone has such a thing, I would be very grateful. Doesn't have to be extremely detailed, just enough to show the engine arrangements, maybe fuel tanks. TIA!

Try contacting Motocar over at Secret Projects.  He does cutaway drawings which are always interesting.

Edit: Ah-ha!  Found he has done one here.  However, you will need to be a member to see it.

Thanks, but I have been provided an excellent one by Jari over on Hyperscale, a great illustration.
