What do you mean Ex-Bungle ? I'm still around you konw (at least I think I am still on this mortal coil).

from Junction 20 models in King's Langley, Hertfordshire.

1/72 Revell Mirage IIIE/R or RS [1986 boxing]
1/72 Special Hobby HA-200 Saeta

Junction 20 is a small and very independent shop which often has finds like these as well as up to date airfix, etc and I only get to use it when I visit my sister.

Just a small addition to my paint collection

Humbrol 71 Oak

Looks like a very light Fawn to me but its part of the paint call out for my Airfix Su-27 and as I actually found it I will use it.

Before I had to take out a bunch of loans to buy replacement lawn mowing equipment I ordered a couple things off ebay.

A Mach 2 Seabee (cuz I'm a glutton for punishment and need to see what the fuss is about..)  And a High Planes Pilatus PC-6 Turbo Porter (neato!!  looks like a travesty and will take tons of work to fix up but what a neat subject matter).

Dude, yes!  That is awesome!

I remember watching it back in the 80's with my pops.... he had one of them "channel boxes" that would de-scramble the "premium" networks and we watched it on HBO or Showtime or one of them.....

I had some of the little hotwheels type toys of the helo but I had no idea there was a model kit of it!!  :o

Definitely OOB right?

...but the remnants pile up. Quick building does not solve the stash problems in itself.

I actually got a couple of these sortiment drawer cabinets the other month, each with some 60 odd plastic drawers in them, each drawer with removable dividers so that you can get larger and smaller compartments in each drawer. It all started when I tried to find some Matra Mica missiles I know I should have somewhere, but I actually ended up having sorted through all the 1/72 spares! Now, that REALLY saved up some space! Ridiculously chuffed, I am!

On the downside, I found that I'd better glue myself through all the weapon sets I already have, and that is so boring! And I still can't find the fourth Mica... 😖

King's Langley, someone said. I used to work for RES up on the Egg Farm just there. Didn't know about that shop though, unfortunately.

Got a couple of similar ones from Clas Ohlson, but without the removable dividers in the individual drawers. Got one on my bench for tools, glues, tape etc and use the other for spare bits and bobs and weapons etc. Very useful and means you at least know where to start when looking for things  ;)

Yes, i think it will be built OOB... then again, i may come up with some up-to-date systems to have a more modern Blue Thunder...
I watched the series on Portuguese public TV, it was aired during a program on which the viewers called in to vote for a show to be aired.
I never had a toy of this... til now!!

Never seen the series, but apparently it was a reboot before they became fashionable, because the Blue Thunder gets destroyed at the end of the film that preceded the series...

Though, seeing this makes me wonder whether I should build the AH-1T coming from Bungle's stash into a "realistic" interpretation of Blue Thunder...

I use empty margarine tubs. Either permanent marker or a strip of Masking Tape and Pen to label the contents and they stack fairly well too.

Started with this, too, but once you start bashing NIB kits the leftover parts become bigger and bigger, so that this does not suffice anymore. ;) But those cabinets come in handy for the small parts, like wheels, propellers (and single, broken-off blades), ordnance, clear parts etc. Highly recommended. But these are now accompanied by large, clear plastic boxes (IKEA), which are - as a side effect - easy to stack.

Once you start bashing 1/25 cars for the drivetrains the bodies are hard to store.  I imagine armour builders find the same with 1/35 tank hulls.
