Another in my recent voyage into simple WhIfs (no backstory): a Lockheed F-117A of the Royal Air Force as used during the Iraq campaign, 2003.

Please, sir...........

I'm better at assembling words rather  than assembling styrene.  Please may I take your excellent piece of work and try to produce a backstory appropriate to it?   If you already have the matter under way, I'll simply await your opus.

Looks so much better in that scheme than in black. Well done mate
Do not condemn the judgement of another because it differs from your own. You may both be wrong.

Yup, just as ugly in that colour scheme lol, Great job tho, does look right at home like that !

Did they re-paint them in camo when they came back to UK after the war?  ;D
Kit's Rule 1 ) Any aircraft can be improved by fitting longer wings, and/or a longer fuselage
Kit's Rule 2) The backstory can always be changed to suit the model

Nice one Zak, I ""had"" a plan on doing the Airfix two-tone grey one in an RAF scheme, I think I'll go RCAF instead now --

- Can't be bothered to do the proper research and get it right.

Another ill conceived, lazily thought out, crudely executed and badly painted piece of half arsed what-if modelling muppetry from zenrat industries.

Rheged - please do so!

Thanks all. I got this kit a couple of years ago and built it but stalled on the paint. I didn't want to do black, at first I thought about green and grey RAF...but this just kinda happened!

Thanks, Zac. I hope my backstory will match your modelling skills.
