I'd have one of those.  I've had one on the go for years but I've never done anything more than chop the nose off the PM kit.
I don't think it's nice, you laughin'. You see, my mule don't like people laughin'. He gets the crazy idea you're laughin' at him. Now if you apologize, like I know you're going to, I might convince him that you really didn't mean it.

Probably not doable in time for Telford, but what about the BAe SABA? It'd be a whole model but it was a relatively small aircraft.

http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread186160/pg1

Although the project most people associate with SABA was the pusher-propfan P.1233-1. the P.1234-1 or -3 would probably be the easiest to mould.

Also perhaps some of the early lighter bombs - up to 250lb - used by the RAF ? Aerial mines, depth charges and torpedoes ?

TSRJoe has already done the SABA both  the jet and the turboprop versions.

Since Freightdog already does a range of Buccaneer parts, how about a Green Cheese/Cockburn Cheese missile for it? Wasn't the same weapon also proposed for the Valiant at one point?

Well the thing I've always wanted to see SHOULD be simple and that's the SRAAM-100 twin missile pod as developed in the UK from the late 1960s through the late 1970s. It was test-flown on Hunters and mockups were fitted to Harriers and probably many other types. I know that there's an issue finding references for it but surely somebody must have drawings? There's an actual pod in the Bristol collection, so may they have documentation too?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SRAAM

It has been suggested in the past and Colin did get it looked into but was lacking Photos of the underside which held them back. A pity as its a cracking little add on that can be used on various types in place of Sidewinders or ASRAAM. I know Hobbes scratch built one as he went to Bristol to see it so might have the necessary info.

I have the same problem as Colin: no info on the underside. And with the Bristol museum closed there was no way to access the original. They're opening a new venue next summer, I'll give this another go then.

Yeah, I was going to say that. Their website makes a big deal of their archive and records facilities, so maybe that'll prove useful.
