I recently saw a pic online of a Tu-95 Bear being intercepted by the USN. In the small thumbnail before I clicked on it, it looked to me like one of the interceptors was a F-8 Crusader but on enlargement, it turned out to be an A-3 Skywarrior. This got the cogs whirring and so....
