Last chance, (24 hours left), to nominate anyone for the Whiffies before it`s closed.

There seems to be plenty out there that`s getting missed and as mentioned in a previous post, it does seem to be the same old same old members doing the nominating.

I do not have any issues with organising this fun event for the beginning of each year, but if the support from the forum isn`t there, this could possibly fall flat on it`s face.

I have approx 16 pages to go through which will no doubt be mostly covered with aircraft and it would be nice to see a few more profilers/artists being put forward.

Over to you guys.

The British have raised their security level from "Miffed" to "Peeved". Soon though, security levels may be raised yet again to "Irritated" or even "A Bit Cross". Londoners have not been "A Bit Cross" since the Blitz in 1940 when tea supplies ran out for three weeks

And to show how much we appreciate your efforts TC2324 - I actually framed my Whiffie and hung it in a place of pride near my bench!   ;D

The kids thought I was a major dork, but Mrs. Sandiego was happy for me....  Get those entries in folks!

..... and that photo alone should prompt more members to nominate.  ;D

Glad you found pride and place for it.

I'd like to nominate PantherG's Polish Hurricane profile - I love the idea, because it fills a historic gap and the 'Cane with the splinter cammo just looks great. I even built it in 1:72, so it deserves a nomination in the Best CG or Best Alternative Markings category, IMHO:

And, by the way (and beyond the nomination), this is what it might have looked like...

And that as they say is that.

The thread is now locked and all nominations should now be placed in the `Sway the 2015 Whiffies` thread.

Over the next few weeks I will be sorting out the nominees and categories and will look to host the awards in the 1st week of February.

Until then..., keep calm and carry on.  ;)
