I'm no expert, but to me that's verging on fraud ? Depends on his wording. Mind you even if it says something like "picture shows what can be done with the basic kit depending on....blah, blah" it's still very naughty because how many people actually read the blurb ?  :banghead:

Lovely model though Dizzy

Thank you. I considered intervening (or asking for royalties...), but in the description the seller states that the original boxes are gone and that the kits have been packaged in other surplus boxes, with an individual picture. The other Fury's box art is "wrong", too, so I kept silent - but I wonder why the slight differences (single seater, turboprop with six blade propeller...) were ignored?

Considering the net is full of scans of nearly every boxing of every kit imaginable (not to mention completed OOB builds), saying that the only way to depict what can be built from the sprues is to use a picture of a kitbash is, well, not going to fly (pun intended).

If there is no box, then I would at the very least expect sprue shots, as without box there is a big chance of something having gone missing along the years. Some sellers even include the sprue shots whenever they're selling open box items, so unfortunately this sounds like a scam.

Having learnt all that from Joe, I decided to buy the print.

It'll confuse the devil out of my friends when it's on my wall.  ;D ;)

After quite a time my Predator print arrived at last.

Karen was so mortified that she'd taken so long to send it that she gave me ANOTHER print of the Predator as well, this one an 'in service' version in grey/green camo with white undersides.

And the original silver one has all the 'No Step' markings all over it, looks a bit like a Sea Vixen.

All I need now is the kit....................  ;D

Apart from the sideskirt/view problem it looks a little unbalanced to me ?

I like the idea though

Yes, it's a little head-heavy. And one has to wonder about the turret ring diameter.

Yup, doesn't quite work. Not sure if a Pz III turret would work ? It was a little smaller then the IV's but not that much. Mind you a 50mm main gun would balance things up a bit.

Quite nicely done though, but a tad implausible as the B2 was meant to be a low level version, wasn't it?

A Vulcan with Skybolts would have been a nice whif model!

Indeed!  A late-70s Mk.2 with SRAMs might be quite nice though...

Been there, done that.  Found the model a few days back and it'll need some repair work.  Did it when I did the Avro Atlantic back in 2007.

Anyhoo, found this twin tail Mosquito.  Don't know what the tailplanes are from but they're Lacaster fins.  Original Airfix Mosquito FB.IV too.
